Holistic Mental Health Treatment

We are not your average mental health practice.

CTSA specializes in holistic and integrative Mental Health Treatment for trauma and anxiety. We have specialized training and expertise in trauma and anxiety, and we use treatment approaches that work. The research tells us the most effective treatment for trauma and anxiety is a blend of both specialized mental health counseling and integrative approaches that teach your mind and your body to finally relax. Through collaboration with various health professionals on our team, we work with our clients to provide custom tailored, holistic Mental Health Treatment. Our emphasis on insight, healing, and empowerment helps our clients reach their highest potential and lead more gratifying lives.

We offer a variety of evidence-based individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy treatment with a focus on healing and making meaningful change. We work with children, adolescents, and adults.

Trauma Therapy

Many of our mental health providers specialize in trauma therapy and have received advanced credentials and certifications. They will help you process events, and work toward helping each client heal from their trauma, regain a sense of identity, and achieve posttraumatic growth.

Anxiety Therapy

We take a holistic approach to anxiety therapy to help address both physical symptoms and cognitive symptoms. You’ll learn new techniques to regulate your nervous system and get to the root of what’s causing your anxiety.

Holistic Therapy

Holistic therapy takes a whole-body approach to your wellbeing. We love exploring all eight areas of your health. We help you reach your fullest potential by achieving optimal wellness.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR Therapy, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, is a structured trauma therapy that is evidence-based. Your therapist will help you determine if you’re a good candidate for EMDR.

Psychological Testing

We perform psychological testing for CTSA clients of all ages. Testing can reveal a mental health diagnosis that can explain how you’ve been feeling all these years, or why your child is having difficulty at school.

Medication Management

Medication can sometimes be beneficial as an addition to mental health therapy. Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner can determine which medication is right for you and find the optimal dose to address your symptoms but still let you feel like you.

Reiki Healing

Reiki healing is a complementary treatment that can reduce your stress and anxiety, and promote relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. It can also have a variety of health benefits such as improving sleep and decreasing pain.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is a specialized yoga practice that helps you mentally, emotionally, and physically. Our instructors, many of which are mental health therapists, use yoga practices to alleviate physical and mental health conditions. It’s especially healing for anxiety and trauma.
