While symptoms and diagnoses are important in the world of therapy, we go far beyond that here. We utilize Holistic Therapy, which is an approach that emphasizes and prioritizes the whole person. Most therapists focus on the mind because that’s how we’ve been trained traditionally. But we know that everything is interconnected, and we are far more complex than that. Symptoms and diagnoses don’t even come close to explaining who you are in all facets of your life.
Holistic Therapy acknowledges that we should be considering all eight areas of health and wellness: physical health, social health, occupational health, spiritual health, environmental health, intellectual health, financial health and yes, mental health. Our therapists are trained to help you achieve optimal wellness in each of these areas since collectively they inform mental health in significant ways. Our approach to Holistic Therapy allows our clients to reach their highest potential, lead more gratifying lives, and identify their purpose.
