Group Therapy
Group therapy is a form of mental health treatment where a small group of individuals with similar difficulties come together under the guidance of a trained therapist. The group therapeutic setting allows participants to share experiences, offer mutual support, develop insight, and practice coping strategies in a safe and structured environment. Group therapy sessions often focus on topics such as anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and interpersonal relationships, making it a practical approach for individuals seeking community support and more significant healing.
The benefits of group therapy are numerous. It can be more cost-effective than individual therapy while still providing the same level of professional guidance and support. Many of our clients report achieving their treatment goals more quickly due to the support of the group therapy experience compared to clients who complete individual therapy only.
