But the research is clear: focusing on the way we breathe (i.e., breathwork), creating opportunities to be present (i.e., mindfulness meditation), and practicing yoga regularly have been demonstrated to alleviate physical and mental health conditions, as well as enhance overall well-being.

So, we opened the Get Centered Studio! Our yoga and meditation studio offers an experience, unlike any other yoga studio you’ve been to. Guaranteed. Other studios focus on yoga as fitness. While that’s a great side effect of regular practice, that’s not our focus. The Get Centered Studio focuses on yoga and meditation as therapy. Our classes are so powerful in their ability to heal and transform your worried, scattered, overstimulated mind that your health insurance will pay for them!
